Text & Video Relay Service (TVRS)

Overview

The DSPG TVRS is a solution to provide relay services between deaf people and hearing people.

TVRS allows deaf, hard of hearing and speech-imparied users of telephones, textphones, mobiles, web-cameras, Internet, SMS, emails, fax and caption telephones to communicate with hearing people via operators.

Easy expansion from one T1/E1 to 8 T1/E1 trunks per one shelf
In normal working hours operators are connected to TVRS server via LAN. During off-peak hours remote operators can be connected via Internet (tele-working)
Direct Dialling PSTN access to the services allows separate numbers for Voice, Text and FAX callers
Video Relay via separate Video module
Real time and historical reporting based on the Oracle or PostgreSQL Database
Remote maintenance and control via web Interface and SNMP
