Held at Olympia, London from 30th September to 1st October, Customer Contact Expo is an event for any individual or organisation within the contact centre and customer management industry that is looking to work smarter and operate more efficiently.

With a conference programme featuring best-selling authors, TV Personalities, futurologists and representatives from government taskforces, opportunities to meet and speak with the leading suppliers in the call centre and customer service industry along with over 150 suppliers exhibiting, this year’s event looks to be the most exciting yet.

DSPG was amongst a group of invited UK companies who presented at 36th edition of the International Technical Fair of Bucharest from 6th to 9th October 2010.  The DSPG stand focussed on specialist instrumentation equipment for telecommunications companies and communication products and services for deaf, hard of hearing and speech impaired people.

DSPG was one of the exhibitors at Deaf People’s Access to Healthcare Conference organised by UK Council on Deafness on the 29th of April. During the event DSPG exhibited their products to enhace the access to healthcare: ToMobile application and TexBox Direct.
